Went to Del after obtaining an injury because of an auto accident when i was 18 years old back in 2014. He was always there when I needed him and had great communication. I feel that he works hard for his clients and tries to get the best results for everyone. Doesn't charge as much as most other attorneys either. Highly recommend going to Del if you need an attorney

He is very knowledgeable. I had issues with another attorney and I took my case to Del L. Toledo and he was able to get me a bigger settlement.

Toledo does not pay all of your medical bills regarding your accident. I'm now stuck with two bills $186.00 and $185.00. When I called to ask Toledo about these bills, he began yelling at me saying he didn't have to pay them. The front desk is very unprofessional as well.
Please go elsewhere despite Toledo's claim to get a less percentage.

Del Toledo handled a case for me and actually paid himself less to fulfill the amount he promised to me. He is honest and helpful, he seems to really care about getting you the help you need to recover from your injuries, both financial and physical.
