I highly recommend the offices of Nelson rosier. I contacted them for legal help and though they were unable to help with my claim they where more helpful than any other law firm I contacted with helping me to find what I needed. They were able to help me with information I didn't know that was very helpful for my case as well as referring me to firm that was able to help me. And even after, still were able to help me with any questions I had.

Helped with an auto accident while "on duty"

I would not recommend this law firm!
They accepted my case saying I had a good case. Two and a half months later they dropped my case because it wasn't going to be "beneficial" for them! It's clear that they are not there to help you as a victim but there to make a lot of money for themselves! They don't tell you that they will take your case only if they are going to get a huge pay-out, but that's what they do. They will drop your case like it was nothing if they feel there is not going to get a big settlement, yet if you fire them they will come after you for their time and expenses! These attorneys are exactly why people don't trust lawyers! Their action will now hinder my case against the corporation where my wife and I were injured!

My husband​ was involved in a tire explosion accident involving a fuel truck back in 2017, resulting in 2 broken fingers, a dislocated thumb, and a ​laceration to the ​forehead. He had to undergo a surgery involving 4 pins, 2 in his ring finger and 2 in his pinky finger. His laceration to the forehead required 4 staples and now has a bald spot where the scar is. We decided to take legal action against the fuel company because my husband's pinky and ring finger could not fully open or close. He had to change his lifestyle around due to the accident. At our initial meeting with Mr. Christensen, we told him about all the facts regarding the incident and the result of the accident. He decided to take on our case, reassuring us that it was a strong case and he was confident that we would have a positive outcome. Mr. Christensen went above and beyond for my husband's case. After a year and a half of filing paperwork and collecting all the information and evidence, we went to trial. We won the case. Although it was a long process, it was definitely worth the while. Mr. Christensen is a very professional and educated lawyer. He was emotionally invested in my husband's case, which let us know that he truly cared for the well-being of my husband. He always stayed in close communication with us through the entire case, which was reassuring. He goes out of his way to ensure that he has a very strong case. I would recommend Mr. Christensen to anyone that was involved in a personal injury. He is one of the best in Visalia. 10/10.
