If i could give negative stars i would. Some of the staff is awesome however the ownership change has me ready to change facilities.

This place is ok. We chose it because it was close to home. The employees gossip and they told my ex everything I said about the case and about them. If you decide to use this service please remember to NOT tell them anything you do not want the other parent to know. We hired them for exchanges only, which are about to change to supervised so will update this review regarding that service after I have experienced it.

Never have felt so unwanted and rush 100% unprofessional the middle aged Mexican lady had pure hatred in her eyes and tone of voice was worried way to much about her parking lot than client s doesn't even deserve to be a business with employees of such stature

never felt more violated provoked unfair bullied tortured in my life this place is not only not kids friendly they smoke cigarettes outside the front entrance so my kids have to walk through the smoke to even go into this place but when the women diane michelle where asked for a itemized detal printout of all the bogus charges they were wanting me to pay the kicked me out and then told me they were doubling my fees they talk crap about me with my kids father in front of my children so my kids come and tell me all these horrible things they say then when i finally got a reciept of the $118 they had me pay even tho its only suppose to be $15 on the reciept i pointed out to them that i can prove the charges were not correct so then they scratched out what they had previously wrote to try to cover up there obvious non valid charges and when then i again pointed out those were too also incorrect charges at that point them kowing all the fees i paid were bogus they decided to triple my fees because they said because of my behavior even tho i was calm and not behaving badly at all i mean come on these people act like they are god that they can raise any fees they want and say and do anything they want and there is nothing we can do about it diane even told me while frustrated that i can go ahead and take her to court because its my word against hers and she does this for a living she knows exactly how to butterup a judge and keep running her facility how she wants too run it so when i told her that she can go ahead and try cause i have been recording this whole conversation and im sure the judge would love to hear it instantly she became outraged would not let me leave called the police and said im gonna pay and if i knew what was best for me i would delete it she said she is going to write a letter against me to the judge/......this facility has tortured me broken me down financialy i cant afford it anymore feel like i have no choice the biggest nightmare i wish there was somebody that could help me and see how corrupt this place is i cant belive they r still open just waiting until my court date but until then i guess i have no choice but to be totally violated
