My fiance had a false domestic violence restraining order filed against him by the mother of his son. A temporary restraining order was in place and prohibited the current custody order, and he wasn't able to see his son for a weeks because of this. She had statements from credible witnesses, and accused him of verbal and physical abuse. In an attempt to keep me away from her son, she filed one against me as well.
