Joan we rise by lifting others!

I’m giving Mars Rising in Vegas only one star after this experience. In hindsight I’m thinking what or why would a company give discounted rates on packages if you give them an “honest” positive review. I bought a 3900.00 package that lists inclusion of: full provisional patent, great protection with marketing assistance, invention patent search, design work with 3D renderings, flash drive with trade show directory, custom NDA form, and a statement saying, “If there’s a “review discount” the client must post the reviews to our Better Business Bureau page and Our Consumer Affairs page after all design work is finished and prior to the final physical package is sent out. Links to those pages shall be sent to client and posted reviews shall be verified. Once verified the final physical package shall be sent out to the client.” So now I’m asking myself it wasn’t enough just to pay the for the package but to get the discount you had to write a review.... I did question the CEO about that prior to signing on... as I gathered as long as it is an honest review I was told.... so I asked the CEO, “ what if it’s negative?” The answer to that was, “ I don’t see why it would be a negative.” So in hindsight it seems if your review is honestly positive then you get the discount... I gave it a 4star in April 2019 and the reason was because my first encounter with the designer I had to call him... and he had it on his mind but “just didn’t get to call,” I was informed by the designer, Derryl. I did not think that was considerate, but I felt that should have been a red flag... but I did emphasize I like to have updates as best as he could give me. Any way, my moving forward with my product idea has had its challenges and namely because the files for my jewelry that the designer had is not compatible with other companies so instead of paying for more files to be redone I’ve found myself back at Mars Rising to seek help ( as their package material encourages) with prototyping. It been an ordeal. I’d seriously consider asking them about their review policy and if it’s still a requirement.... I’ve not heard of any other company giving discount in reference to reviews.... sounds or peculiar don’t you think( in hindsight ). The unit price listed for my invoice was $11,800. 50% discount =$5900.00 Additional discount =$2000.00 Total balance $3900.00(paid) In hindsight I’ve learned about reference pricing... which is an illegal practice by some companies (this makes me concern). Before you sign on with Mars Rising please please please check out their BBB but most of all check your budget.

The Mars Rising Network is one of a kind. After investing my hard earned money, my life's savings with a previous company I was advised that company was no longer in business. I heard about the Mars Rising Network at first not sure of any company. The Mars Rising Network truly the opposite of what I experienced with the previous company. Every facet of my experience has been very delightful and they were true to their promise, from the initial contact agreement, graphic design artist, the designing of my brochure, the animated video until the very end. I am very pleased with the overall progress of my project.
Also very affordable with great pricing.
