Worst experience I’ve ever had with a law firm. Do yourself and big favor and move on to the next firm. It will have you the headache and pain of trying to deal with this unprofessional law firm.

They will not represent you or let you know what’s in your best interest. They simply take on a task to get paid and not represent you as a client. It’s all about the money for them.

If you feel the need to work with them avoid using Steven James “Jim” Park. He’s a nightmare and completely unprofessional.

Trust me, there are tons of law firms in St. George and Nevada to choose from. Avoid 1Law at all costs.

We handled our estate planning and trust through Jim Park. He is the best he’s very caring and understanding to people’s needs and ensuring that all details are handled.

I went to 1Law several years ago for my divorce. I ended up having to hire someone else more proactive and with more experience to handle my case. It was almost as if my attorney was trying to work things out with the other party and make things easier for them vs what I needed and wanted as a client. I ended up spending around 15k altogether after it was all said and done.

I got shuffled through 3 different lawyers . on the day of my court date my repersentant was late .and showed up with mustard all over his short like a slob . The judge reamed me and all other dealings with him were very unpleasent.

My mom was in a car accident in May of 2018. The insurance company was trying to blame my mom and put her "at fault". The experienced staff at 1LAW was able to fight for her case and prove that she was not the one at fault. We were so happy that her case was settled within a year and she received more settlement than she expected!

I approached Jim regarding a car accident that my 16 yr old stepson was severely injured in a few months ago. Due to custody issues Jim informed me that I legally was unable to hire him. BUT...
Prior to learning that I wouldn't be able to formally hire Jim, he spent a few hours of his time listening to an extremely stressed out mother frantic for advice about what to do in regard to medical treatment and the insurance companies involved.
I avoided making several poor decisions based on Jim taking the FREE time out of his schedule to consult with me. Decisions that would have lead to financial problems in our future and worse, decisions that would not have allowed our son to get the medical treatment necessary to live a life as close to the one he had prior to the accident.

Hiring someone who is extremely knowledgeable, smart as a whip and happens to care about his clients is a GREAT FORCE to have on your side!

Absolutely the best experience possible with an attorney they helped me figure out my business, contracts, and my risks involved. Normally I don't like attorneys but this experience has me looking for reasons to go back and I completely trust them they are honest with there prices they will always look for ways to save me money whether that's doing a fixed price if the project is going to take a lot of time or going by time if its something they can do fast. And they always do free consultations!! That's huge you don't have to pay to talk to them just amazing!!

Christopher Peterson made promises to me over nine months ago . He never once followed through. He took my check and did nothing until December. Than after I decided to get another lawyer and told him to send my money back , he grew amnesia two weeks later and email to me stating he was still on my case and I told him that I do not wish to retract and need him to be removed from my case and refund my money. This guy steals your money does nothing nor does anything to return your money and ack like he has amnesia when I have all the corresponded from him . Worst lawyer ever. Plus hardly ever call back . I want him off my case and money returned. He also tried to have another lawyer show up at my court date, hell no I know nothing about this guy nor trust you or your law firm. Than had the or Desanie to tell me he will show up at my next appearance no you need to remove yourself and send me my cash

Attorney Kristopher Pearson has been great to work with and i would recommend him and his services to anyone and everyone.

Might actually be good attorneys, unfortunately I will never know. After trying to get a call back for over a month I had to give up and go with a different attorney. I was told repeatedly I would be called back in a few days, 24 hours etc. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they're just really busy, but you could at least let me know instead of encouraging me to wait.

I was very fortunate to have Tyler [Todd] handle my auto accident settlement for me. It was a situation involving an uninsured driver, who was also ticketed for not yielding the right away. There was quite a bit of damage to the vehicle and also had some injuries. Because of some of these issues with the driver that caused the accident, there was so much I would not have given any thought to on my own and would have lost out on an appropriate settlement. Tyler is very knowledgeable with lots of experience and very personable, and easy to work with. It was a great comfort knowing that everything would be handled and I would get the best settlement. There is so much you do not think about when dealing with insurance companies and other details.
