My family hired Travis to prepare a trust. While Travis is very polite and a nice person with cheap fees, he was unable to get the trust done and kept giving us excuse after excuse for the delay.
He is very busy and appears to have no staff to help him.
This was a very important matter for my family and I am disappointed that we wasted almost two months and received nothing in return.
My advice would be to seek out a different attorney if you need any legal work done in a timely manner and live in St. George.

I trusted Travis to give me sound advice regarding my money and all he did was sell me products that had the highest commission and were not a good fit for me.
In addition, he is never available to take my call and I very seldom received any return phone calls.

I first met Travis when he sued me for a client. He was the opposing attorney. Even though he was on the other side he treated me with respect and courtesy. He has been my attorney for the last 15 years. He has always given me good advice and communicated clearly. There have been times when he has called me before I knew I needed help. He gets back to me right away anytime I have questions. He is always there when I need his help. His rates are fair for the quality of work.

I have referred many of my friends to him and continue to do so.

Do not use Christiansen if you want professional representation. He represented a friend of mine and did a terrible job causing my friend to waste more than a year of life while Christiansen gave excuse after excuse for not doing his job.
He constantly gave my friend wrong information regarding his case and does not even read his emails. When his mistakes were pointed out to him and he knew he was going to be fired, he then threw my friend and his case under the bus.
My friend's new legal team had the case dismissed in under a week after taking over the matter.
Christiansen is a part time attorney, part time insurance agent and part time financial adviser who does not even employ a paralegal for his law practice.
If you have a small issue like a speeding ticket or simple will then he might be your guy, but if you have a case that needs professionalism and the ability to spend time on it, then use Christiansen at your own risk.
