Look elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money. Easily folds under pressure from other attorneys. Been sued for malpractice. I wouldn’t trust him representing me.

Seems to lose his confidence in himself quickly. Beats around the bush.
Mark is a lawyer with aggressive words but weak representation. He fails to deliver on his promises to address key points that were discussed. There are much better options for legal representation in San Juan County. He’ll take your money quickly, but is very hard to communicate as he either doesn’t reply to calls or emails or is very slow to respond. Mark Curnutt has also been on NM state Bar non-compliance list in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
