Got myself a little bit of a predicament Jane is my attorney is a great man straight up and I got a feeling he's going to go to do a great job for me

A bill that I owe was sent to this law office when I wasn’t able to make the high payments anymore. I understand this completely. I called to set up a payment arrangement and was making payments, which were lower than my original payments so they were more affordable. I missed a payment when my grandmother passed away and my wages were garnished due to that single missed payment. I also understand that it was my fault for forgetting this payment. I called the attorney (Jon Craig) and explained what happened and offered to make payments but he said the garnishment was already in place and would not be changed. He was VERY rude at the time and made sure to lecture me like I was a child. Today I received another letter stating that I was to appear for a hearing and if I could not appear then I needed to call and answer his questions. I called and answered the questions he asked, then he proceeded to treat me like a child again and very rudely said “I only work with people who work with me.” I explained to him that I was working with him and have offered to make payments several times and that I had a garnishment on my wages for this. He told me the garnishment was up in November. I wasn’t aware of this and he treated me like I was completely stupid for not realizing the money was coming out of my checks. However, my checks were not high enough for money to be taken out because I am a student and only work PRN. I told him he was being very rude, which he argued about. He wouldn’t let me speak or finish my sentences without cutting me off. When I asked again what I need to do he said he wasn’t going to advise me. After trying to explain, for a third time, that I can’t appear in court, he hung up on me. I can only speak for my interaction with Jon Craig, as I have never spoken with anyone else at the law firm, but I would not recommend them at all. Mr. Craig is easily the most impolite and unprofessional lawyer I have ever spoken with. As far as I’m concerned, if his partners know he treats people this way, clients or not, they are condoning it by staying in business with him so I wouldn’t recommend them either.
