I had a terrible experience with this firm. The other party was ousting me out of my child’s life. I didn’t get to see my daughter for 6 months while I received limited litigation from my counsel. I received several unprofessional and snotty emails. I never got any legal counsel or advice that was anywhere near helpful. The attorney wasn’t even willing to go in and fight for my rights as the father that always tried to be there in every part of my daughters life. The agreement that my lawyer drew up only had me getting my daughter 3 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday. So I got 24 hours a month with my daughter and my attorney said that that was the best we can do. I had to request her to draw up a child support arrangement after receiveing 3 from the other party’s attorney and the one she drew up for me was more than the other party was even asking for. After they get the retainer they just quit working for me. As a single dad that doesn’t make a lot of money, my rights nor my daughters was taken care of. I would suggest looking elsewhere to have a chance

First off my name is Ryan and I have been fighting for my son for 9 years. I have used several different lawyers and finally to seal the deal used Stephen Turley. Now don’t get me wrong this guy cost money but I promise you it is money well spent. It is so much easier to pay the up front cost rather than several different retainers and end up spending way more on the back half. I hired Stephen two hours before my last hearing and he was able to get prepped, consult me, and attack as soon as he entered the court room. He was so calm it was unnerving then went toe to toe with Morgan O Hara and rattled her cage and was able to get the judges interest into what he was saying. Stephen was up front and honest the entire time and it took less then two weeks from that court date to get me temporary custody “even with me living out of state”, to next full custody. I am telling you if you want a shark that is Mr. Turley is your man. He is responsive and doesn’t charge you a crazy amount of money for a simple email, now keep in mind I have been at this for 9 years so I didn’t blow up his email with a thousand questions either. I would simply think on what I wanted to ask him then that was it, no hidden fees or unexpected charges. At the end of the case he said he would like to keep me as his client and not withdraw from the case, this alone was mind blowing. Every other lawyer I had hired could not wait to withdraw from the case and here I am with sole custody and he wanted to keep me as his client. I promise you from experience Stephen is worth every dime and he is approachable and dependable. I can’t speak for the rest of the lawyers at this firm but for him he is the best I have ever encountered.

Mr. Turley and his assistant Lydia are amazing.They have been part of my team for almost 5 years now. I can count on them to work hard for me and my children. Stephen listens and takes your best interest at heart each and every time he represents you in court. I can't think him and his team enough!
