In 2014-15 I used Russell to handle a case. In 2019 I was blind sided to find out that the issue was not fully taken care of and I now have to deal with this nightmare all over again. I tried calling him for help resolving the issue and never got any response. Not only did he not do what I paid him to, he refused to call me back. Now I will always have the fear that this problem will come up again unexpectedly. Yes I double checked the phone number through multiple sources. I am absolutely disgusted!
