Horrible mediator! She has failed family members and some friends that had been referred by court order. She made the situation worse. Did not work on behalf of the children nor did she ever come through with any of her word.

I would NOT refer her unless you want your situation to get worse and just have a huge bill because that is all she does, raises your bill up and not fix any situations for the family or the children.

Diane helped me when others would have given up. I have never had a second of doubt that she has my children and my best interest in mind. Thank you Diane!
