Kevin Young represented me and I was very happy with his performance. He was always available to speak with me or able to call me back in a short period of time. Mr. Young explained everything thoroughly and was always happy to answer questions or discuss things in further depth. The communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Mr. Morrissey has been a Godsend to our family. We first had the good fortune to hire him, in 2002, to handle a serious car accident my son was in. My husband had an accident, in 2012, and also had significant injuries. His entire firm took us under their wing and helped us through every step of the way. We will be forever grateful for how he treated us and the bond that has formed over the years. As well, Kelly Krauch was/is AMAZING!!!

I chose this law firm due to proximity to my workplace and these reviews. These reviews are not consistent with my experience with this law firm. My case was assigned to Kevin Young. Mr. Young made claims that he simply did not uphold. He kindly involved himself in a separate matter with claims that he would see that matter through until the end. He did not keep his word. When I addressed the issue with him, he claimed he did not recall offering to assist me further. His whole tone changed once he found that my auto accident claim was not going to be as lucrative for him as he had thought in the beginning. Once the case became slightly difficult in light of my previous injuries and diagnoses; I became expendable to Mr. Young. He did not appear to want to put in much effort to represent me fairly. With regard to the separate matter; he entered his appearance as my attorney, filed my defenses and then withdrew without educating on how to proceed with regard to the motion he had entered. Long story short, the other attorney got my defense thrown out and I ended up getting screwed in the end. If your case is assigned to Kevin Young, please be forewarned; he will make promises he has no intention of keeping and claim that he has a poor memory and does not recall making the claim. Note: I did address this matter verbally with Mr. Young before writing this review. I would not recommend this attorney to attorney and I would not personally request the services of this law firm should a future need arise.

Tom and his staff are great! Very professional but also treated me like I was family. The Morrissey Law Firm took care of my case with such wonderful passion and had my best interest in mind all the way. They simplified law terms so I could easily understand them.
