Visited the website and communicated with someone via chat. I explained my situation and was advised the information would be passed on. I received a phone call where I was asked several questions. When I was explaining how the injury occured, the female seemed skeptical and asked how I hurt my back that way. I explained it wasn't my back, for which she seemed disappointed. She also spoke ill of a surgeon I had used in the past. I found that to be unprofessional. I was told an atty would call me the next day. They never did. I would've liked to have had a consultation where I could've explained what had occured, the discrepancies and provided the results of medical tests that have been conducted. Maybe then my case would've proved to be fruitful enough to be considered. I felt like I didn't seem profitable enough for them to spend any time on. Very disappointed.

My son was injured during delivery. That's very traumatic very stressful and heartbreaking. I found out when my son was 6 months old what was wrong with him and what happened and they told me that he would never walk. I called here and talked to Rusty to see if I had a case. I called other people and nobody wanted to talk to me. Roger saw me tha day that I called! He took me on as a client and said that he would see what he could do for my baby. We went all the way to trial. I felt very informed the entire time. If I was confused about anything Rusty or Roger would get back to me immediately. they were very involved very Hands-On and very friendly! I'm so happy and grateful that they took such good care of us and I got Justice for my son! I couldn't have got a better team anywhere! Even now! The trial is over and they are still helping me make sure that I get everything set up and in place for my son! I've asked some questions a hundred times and they are still very patient with me and explain it to make sure that I understand. Amazing team! Amazing people!

Patrick and Asa did an amazing job. I was rear-ended on my way home from work. My back was fractured and my car was totaled. These guys took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about dealing with the doctors, hospitals, or insurance companies. I was able to concentrate on the long road of recovery, and receive the treatment I needed.

I appreciate, very much, all that they did to help get my life back to some sort of normal. It seemed to have taken forever, but that is mainly due to my recovery. It has been a long road with these two gentlemen, and never once did I feel hurried, forgotten, or a just dollar sign. I was a person, going through a nightmare, and they took their time to make sure I was alright.

My husband and I never dreamt we would ever need the services of an attorney. Unfortunately, we found ourselves in a situation where it was necessary, and so began our journey. We were so fortunate to be referred to Johnson, Vorhees, and Martucci and feel absolutely blessed to have them in our lives. Not only did they represent us in the courtroom for a very long week, they actually BELIEVED in us and treated us with dignity and respect. They truly care, and will do everything in their power to stand up for clients who have been wronged. Mr. Roger Johnson will fight for what is right, refusing for a moment to back down. We feel as though we have not only a great attorney/client relationship but also new friendships with fantastic people.

We did end up in the courtroom with both Roger and Scott (and Dana and Tati). I had never even stepped foot in a courtroom and did not know what to expect. I could not help but being intrigued by the process (would have loved to be in the back of the courtroom watching them in action rather than the subject of the reason we were there). The process was mind boggling, but throughout the process the time and energy that was put forward was truly amazing. This process consumed the lives of both Roger and Scott. Not sure either slept the entire week (much less had anything to eat). The combined brain power of Roger and Scott was something to watch as they worked the entire week as a team – fighting for us! What an amazing thing.

The jury heard everything that was said and had a lot of information to process – a lot of which was hard to listen to. As we left the courthouse, several jurors remained outside to talk with all of us. The jury took their job very seriously and had nothing but wonderful things to say about Roger and Scott. As our voice, they heard everything that was presented to them, and made a decision based on the information that was given. We won!

Medical malpractice is such a scary thing, but we must stand up for what is right…

I strongly recommend this law firm. A friend, who is also an attorney, told me Roger Johnson was the best malpractice attorney he knew and I wasn't disappointed. He and his staff are amazing; they kept me informed and were always quick to respond to my questions. We were prepared to go to trial, but he was able to negotiate a settlement in mediation with both insurance companies. He is not only professional, but I feel like he truly cares. I believe we had the best representation possible and never doubted his ability.
