Patrick is a gifted attorney. He knows the ins and outs of the law. I was blown away by is eloquent summaries, his professional and courteous, treatment of my case; as well as, his his treatment of me as a person.
Asa is absolutely amazing. He is knowledgeable, kind hearted, thoughtful, quick to answer any questions, and just all around a hard worker, and good guy. This guy is always smiling, and his positive attitude is definitely something I needed at times.
I appreciate, very much, all that they did to help get my life back to some sort of normal. It seemed to have taken forever, but that is mainly due to my recovery. It has been a long road with these two gentlemen, and never once did I feel hurried, forgotten, or a just dollar sign. I was a person, going through a nightmare, and they took their time to make sure I was alright.
All I ever wanted to know was what happened to my beautiful son during his heart surgery not only did I receive answers, but a great sense of peace. To say I'm grateful is putting it lightly - Roger located the best experts and explained everything in great detail and showed compassion not only for me but for my precious son as well. He kept me up to speed every step of way. If he was out on business his paralegal Rusty Johnson took the lead with the same kindness and attention. Best decision I ever made reaching out to these fine hardworking men.
Thank you
Roger and Rusty Johnson for easing a portion of my broken-heart.
We did end up in the courtroom with both Roger and Scott (and Dana and Tati). I had never even stepped foot in a courtroom and did not know what to expect. I could not help but being intrigued by the process (would have loved to be in the back of the courtroom watching them in action rather than the subject of the reason we were there). The process was mind boggling, but throughout the process the time and energy that was put forward was truly amazing. This process consumed the lives of both Roger and Scott. Not sure either slept the entire week (much less had anything to eat). The combined brain power of Roger and Scott was something to watch as they worked the entire week as a team – fighting for us! What an amazing thing.
The jury heard everything that was said and had a lot of information to process – a lot of which was hard to listen to. As we left the courthouse, several jurors remained outside to talk with all of us. The jury took their job very seriously and had nothing but wonderful things to say about Roger and Scott. As our voice, they heard everything that was presented to them, and made a decision based on the information that was given. We won!
Medical malpractice is such a scary thing, but we must stand up for what is right…
