Victoria is one of the best attorney's in Arkansas! My ex lied to the court on multiple counts and got temp orders taking my kids, my business, my house and locking me out of my bank accounts upon just filing the divorce papers. When Victoria heard what happened she dropped everything and came in to her office on Labor Day even though she was closed. She went over everything knowing at that time I didn't even have access to my finances to pay her. She went ahead and got an emergency hearing anyway and within 4 days I had my business and my access to my accounts back as well as split visitation rights with my kids. She would have gone for the house but I told her not to bother. I saw the reviews saying she is unprofessional and doesn't return calls or emails and was sceptical at first. She does get busy, it's true, but wouldn't you want the attorney who everyone else is running to? As for the unprofessional part, I haven't experienced this. She does get fired up, but I would rather have my attorney be upset with me than be an emotionless robot. I would highly recommend Victoria to anyone who wants their attorney to do whatever it takes make sure you get what you rightfully deserve. A+

Worst attorney I've ever seen. Complete waste of time and money. Very unprofessional, very rude and didn't complete anything at the time she said it would be done. After waiting 2 months for her to write papers for my ex to be served, I switched attorneys because of her lack of effort. And she thinks I still owe her money. Ha! When she did finally get the papers written, she served his wife instead of at the location that was provided and requested to send the order. Do yourself a favor and use someone else! Don't waste a penny on her. You will be sorry.

I used her in a criminal case (a bogus case where there was no actual evidence) and not only did she not get it thrown out on lack of EVIDENCE on the DA's part, but she let it drag on for almost 3 YEARS. 3 years of my life I will never get back, where I could not work because of pending criminal charges. I lost my oldest child to my lying ex because he used my charges as a way to convince his judge that I was abusive and an unfit mother! Here I am many years later still haunted by this case that was supposed to be EXPUNGED in 2013!!! Every time I move it comes up in my rental background check and I either get told I better behave or I'll be evicted or once my mom had to BRIBE the apartment complex with an extra 600$ because that was the only place we could afford to live at and couldn't get turned away. I have called and emailed multiple times over the YEARS and never once heard back! Ms. Morris I am truly disappointed in you because you worked with my late Nana and she respected you and valued your work as a lawyer in her social work cases but I sincerely hope you treat your cases involving children a lot better than you have treated mine.

She is a horrible attorney! She tries to wing everything. Never prepared. Doesn't return calls, emails etc. I used her 2 different times which was obviously a big mistake on my part. She is not honest with you and will not take the time after the first visit to meet with or go over anything. She always wants more money when she hadn't done anything. I referred my friend to her right after my first introduction to her and that was 2 years ago....she just now got her case done. Talk about not giving a crap about her clients. I feel sorry for her staff who is asked constantly to make excuses for her whereabouts. Oh and she loves to work things out with the other attorneys usually not in your favor. She is very rude and takes your money with nothing to show.

Very Unprofessional, Victoria tells her clients that she doesn't have to give respect to them because they are there on court orders. She is extremely disrespectful and rude, very unprofessional and this organization should be shut down, just another way to drive a nail between children and their parents. If you are ordered to go through this person I would request another agency. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!
