Nice building

I hired this law firm to help me through chapter 11. It was a terrible experience. The communication was poor. I would go weeks without hearing back, and no one had a clue what was going on. The day before my appearance they informed me I was missing information when they had told me that everything was good to go. It was a mess. Tracy, when I confronted her was extremely rude. She even went as far as to send me an email mocking me. Please consider looking at all your options before you choose.

Staff is rude and my case is almost a year old and I get a different story every time I ask the status

Had a consultation on Nov 28 about a civil matter with Bill. After the consultation we emailed each other a couple of times that day, said he thought I had a case but let's send a letter giving them 10 days to respond and hopefully settle without going to court. I said sounds good and sent him the info he wanted. Emailed him Dec 12 to find out if they responded or if we were going to have to go to court because I was getting pressure to pay the bill, but I didn't get a response. Called and talked to Tracey on Dec 19, she said she'd give him the message but no response again. Emailed Tracey on Dec 22 about not hearing from Bill, she emailed me right back saying they were busy and she forwarded my email to Bill but I still didn't hear from him. Im assuming he never sent the letter and isn't planning on taking my case. I have no idea why he didn't tell me this upfront which is a complete disrespect for me and my time. I wasted a month on this guy, do yourself a favor and don't waste any on him.

If I could give more than five stars I would, if you're in need of a good attorney that truly cares for you and your best interest Bill Lawrence and his Paralegal Tracey Tracy are hands down the best. Bill has been my attorney for a few cases including my divorce and modifications to the parenting plan. What could have been an absolute nightmare for my children and me was handled swiftly, fairly and with dignity. I can write all day long and it still won’t be enough to praise how dedicated and fair this attorney is. Bill is selfless, he fights fair and just, he fights for what is right.
