This guy is on the Government side he is not for the people.

I've used Tad Morlan for years. He's always nice. Yes he is extremely busy so I don't trip when he doesn't call me right back. Although he does call me back. Any time he sees me up at the court house. He'll ask if I need his assistant. Right now he's doing good as my attorney on a different case other than speeding tickets.
I know a few attorneys so when I recommend Tad its because he rocks;

He never returned any calls. His website says he will contact you within 24 hours. After 6 days and an other phone call I finally got an email that if I hire him I would be doing most of the work. If I knew how to do it I wouldn't need a lawyer. I hired someone else.

Tad Morlan's office is incompetent. None of the "paralegals" know what they are doing and they blatantly lie. Month after month Tad does not return any phone calls, even after his staff says he will. There is a reason his office has such high turn over, none of those office ladies can keep anything straight, they lie about their clients/clients wishes and they are the rudest bunch to have to call and talk to about your case. In fact they refuse to discuss anything about your case with you and they just say Tad will call you back, but he will not return a phone call at all. Tad Morlan will let your case sit for literally years. His office does absolutely nothing for their clients. If you want to end up screwed, hire Tad Morlan.

You would be better defending yourself than hiring this guy.

Tad Morlan is a joke of an attorney. He ropes people in and then leaves their case sitting for years. Clients request calls back for over 2 months and he still never returns their calls. He doesn’t care about his clients or do right by them at all. Nobody can keep anything straight in his office due to his high turn over rate of assistants. Every time you call nobody can give you any information or update on your case. You are told over and over again that Tad will call you back to discuss things, but 2 months later after leaving countless messages he has yet to return his clients call. While auto accident cases can take awhile, this mans excuse was that they have over 300 active cases and they do the ones about to hit statue of limitations first, so other clients are left waiting an excessive amount of time since he has so over extended himself. Such an excessive amount of time and receiving no communication from his office that you have to seek other legal counsel and advice and he still charges you for phone calls and such when you never got to speak to him. Do not use Tad Morlan. He just adds more stress to your life and doesn’t keep his word what so ever.

Tad works hard

This place obviously does NOT know how to prioritize or organize cases and information. Placing people on the back burner when presented with something more challenging than a simple traffic ticket is apparently their go to method. This should have and easily could have been resolved and done with 2 years ago, but instead, it's been ignored and set aside only prolongingvand furthering the pain and suffering. I'll be calling in the morning!

I used Tad for some speeding tickets and he took great care of me. He handled the tickets in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend him!

I would not even give this lawyer one star. I had called their office in regards to a concern that I wanted to pay them to assist my friend. They took my money all over $600.00 and refused to talk to me, because they do not like the sound of my voice. Not only was I shocked it was appalling. Imagine a lawyer of all people should know that you cannot discriminate against someone. I felt like it was discrimination. (refusing to talk to me because they do not like the sound of my voice). Hello, you all went to college correct? Did you pick the way you sound? I did not even know as humans we could pick the way we sounded??? A guy got on the phone and told me that nobody in this office was going to talk to me anymore because they did not like the way my voice sounded. You could of knocked me over with a feather. I think a lawyer who discriminates because he does not like the way that someone sounds should be disbarred by the Bar Association. (I feel like it was discrimination) It is rude but for a lawyer who should know better it is very unethical. Isn't it? Maybe the farm did not teach him to not discriminate but you would think that law school did? Didn't they? I am very disappointed and it really hurt my feelings because it really is the way I talk. Nobody should ever be allowed to bully someone or make fun of them, or refuse to do service with them for something beyond their control.(this is what I feel happened to me) Even after I told them it is how I talked they continued to refuse me. (cameras in my everyday life and my recorded calls this is the sound of my voice) I feel I was treated unfairly. To this very day they have never apologized and or spoke to me since. This is my honest to God heart felt opinion. (The shocking part because it is the way I talk. I did not know there was a problem) It is just the sound of my voice. It was not kind, ethical, classy, or even good practice for them to treat someone so rudely. If I had used profane language or yelled I could understand refusing to talk to me. Simply because you do not like the way I talk; no not acceptable. The man said he was told it happens every time I call. Hello, law office people (it is the way I talk!) I felt the lady office worker was cold and rude perhaps even condescending. Tad accused me of arguing with him by rudely interrupting me, when I was only trying to tell him what the court said. How is that arguing just relaying the message? He seemed very arrogant to me, I was the client not the enemy. I should of known then something was not right, just never dawned on me they did not like the way I talk. By Faith, I believe God takes care of everything at the judgment including them. Since, they do not like the sound of my voice well he created it! This is not meant in any way to be unkind toward them but to inform others this may not be the best choice of lawyer for you! I am a minster who was trying to help a young man out. This post represents what I believe and how I feel to the best of my abilities.

I have known Tad for years, all my clients have bragged on him, never a negative comment. They have all received the most professional and friendly service from him. He's top notch in my book, a true Ozark bodacious and bona fide attorney.

I've used Tad for a couple of speeding tickets and I know that after I get him the ticket that there's nothing to worry about. He takes care of everything!
