I was referred to Clapp Business Law by Vacation Consulting Services to resolve a Time Share Relief situation. Basically the only contact or response I have had from them is when I initiated it.
Now when I try to update my file the updates are never entered and when I call I get a voice mail "leave a message>" They never return my calls.

They don't call you back....it has been over a year and no one has called us...we paid them and no one has called us

I ,also, retained Clapp Law Firm through the advice of Vacation Consulting Service one and a half years ago for a time-share dispute. After telling me that it would be settled in 6 months to a max of a year nothing has come of it. They wrote a total of two letters. I am still paying for their services through Monterey Financial Services and have yet to get any resolution. When I could reach them, the line always had a voice mail. I would leave my name and number to no avail. Now, when I call, all I get is a busy signal. I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
