The worst attorney I've ever hired. Even after a year I'm still trying to fix the nonsense he did on my case. Random but any attorney who walks out on a case and refunds all the money paid to him including the money used for filing fees must know he did something wrong. I must say when it makes him actually work it upsets him. He never returns calls and that line of his, "oh come to my office sometime and have coffee" is nonsense garbage.... my advice is if you want a good attorney then don't use this one. Such a waste of time, money and overall will give you more problems than you had.
Not only that but when he sees you in public he apparently finds it professional to give you dirty looks. Sorry not sorry Ben but you will never intimidate me with your unprofessional rudeness. Hope to see karma knock on that door of your one day soon. Very unprofessional law firm.

I was given his number from another attorney (i had talked to a few) for legal advice it took him a week to return my call & I was driving while he called & he kept asking who give you my number? I didn't have my notes in front of me so I wasn't sure which one gave me the number til I got home but I can assure you, as rude & disrespectful as he was I will never call again! He is definitely not a people person in my opinion!

On our first meeting Ben cut through the lawyer talk and got to the point, aggressive and knowledgeable, he is not disrespectful, he spent time, talked in real terms, not lawyer double talk, and if you are serious about results and honest about your case? He can help.

Ben Roberds is unprofessional, uncaring, and incompetent. He never returned our calls and found every opportunity he could to be condescending and childish. Perhaps he should stick to divorces or at least something more suited to his petty and sleezy personality. If you are in need of a defense lawyer, beware.
