Over priced salesmen with no real motivation to provide accurate information. I even heard the boss coach selling points on my second call with them. They also tried charging 25% more than other attorneys. If you hear them say "I am confident" that means they are protecting themselves for when you're case falls apart. The Wal-Mart of Law offices.
