Well, I called them to inquire about whether or not I could be represented by them. A receptionist answered the phone and it took me a second to realize it wasn't actually a robot with the generic questioning. It sounded like an automated bank system trying to narrow down who to put you in contact with.

Before I could tell the receptionist who answered the phone what my problem was, she hung up on me after getting snappy because I said my personal injury case wasn't the typical crash your vehicle or fall down a well case. Sorry I was answering your question when you asked me what kind of case it was.

My suggestion is to at least fire your receptionist if this is how she treats all of your potential paying customers. This is not how an attorney office should want to be represented.
