I went through several paralegals while I was with them and ended up with one that ended up acting like I had blamed her and the company for an error she had made. She began to not take my calls or return them. I ended up having to go to another attorney to finish up my case because of her.

I absolutely love mandie and daniel they have busted there behinds for me dealt with me through my anger and attitude with them not directly towards them but my accident really messed me up not just physically but mentally as well I have cried and laughed and cried some more, and mandie has never taken anything I would say to her and make it seem as if she never cared, shes a very caring person she has also been very much a listener to my feelings and problems I am grateful for this company and the people they have here. I have not received any money yet it would help me allot but it is very much a waiting process and I'm 100% ok the longer I wait the more they will be able to help me get exactly what I deserve and what they deserve as well.
I give them and will give them 5 stars always

Joplin office - Devon and Vickie : they were very polite and professional. I always felt welcomed and they made sure to stay in contact with me even during the longer waiting periods. I really appreciated how they were straightforward and honest.

Although they were not able to help me they were very nice and helpful as far as who i really needed to speak with. I would recommend contacting them if one ever needs legal advise.

We worked with Devin, super nice man an truly care how you are treated an taken care of. They have my recommendation.

If you want to feel like a dollar sign or if you like being lied to or appreciate it when you can't get a straight answer go with these guys. I feel I should also state this is the Joplin office.
