Seth White listened to me and allowed me to ask question without ever trying to rush me into anything I was unsure about or did not understand; instead, I was treated as a person. Once he took over my case, he proceeded with nothing but a highly professional attitude with the other party and insurance company and in great detail reviewed my medical records to understand what took place after being hit before moving forward with the best plan of action for my situation. He was very down to earth and never acted above me, allowing me to understand every step he took, and at times, allowed me to vent with my frustration on the aftermath of the accident. He took absolutely everything into consideration, approached the other party and when he received word back on a settlement offer he had prepared, he contacted me right away and was able to settle the claim quickly and without further delay. His case manager, Stacey was also very impressive with her communication during the process and remained aware of our questions/concerns while being a most pleasant person to interact with.
I know not all cases are the same but he was very impressive with his abilities to represent me and was able to negotiate a more generous settlement than I had anticipated to help cover medical expenses and allow for us to move forward with any further expense, if incurred. Seth White and his managers did an excellent job. Dealing with other peoples insurance was an absolute nightmare. They wouldnt respond at all to anything. Took them 1 month to get me a rental car. Had to pay out of pocket for the first month. Seth white took over and helped tremendously in the process. They helped with dealing with the terrible insurance company.
