I am disappointed that my case wasn’t taken serious

Attorney SCHENEWERK, handled a case I & wife had against Vacation Services of America. We purchased a package of services from VCS, for $5,000. Before purchaseing i ask salesman, if could be reimbursed, if not completely satisfied with package. After recieved package, was unable to get anyone from VCS to help us.
