Not sure if this is legit. I have called and left voicemails, I have emailed, I even stopped by the office. I had no contact with anyone in this organization. Their address is in their website and it is recognized on Google maps and google places so I would assume they are open to the public. They have a sign on the road and a sign on their door. I saw nothing stating "by appointment only." All information I could find said "open." This is either a cover for a black market or it is poorly managed. I hope I am the only one to encounter this. If they are legit and treat me with curiosity, I will update my review.
