I have been dealing with both Ms. Rhoads and Mr. Armstrong. Both are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They have been respectful, and have always helped me in an acceptable time frame. I highly recommend this firm.

Mike Armstrong is amazing! He is the most passionate attorney I've ever had. He fought hard for me to get my son back. He worked so hard and put is heart and soul into my case. He puts himself in his clients shoes. He is not only a good attorney but an all around good man. I praise God that he led me to Mike. His communication is awesome and quick to respond. Definitely got the job done

Paid the retainer and received a forwarded invoice almost a month later... request for refund of retainer due to non response and change in circumstance were met with silence... when someone pays over a grand to retain for a simple case and then gets radio silence... not a good experience. Why hire an attorney when this is the service level agreement

I am still utterly greatful for Ms. Rhoads’s to this day, nine years after my divorce. She was professional and fought for me in a very difficult situation. Sometimes the wheels of justice turn slowly and patience is necessary. Her staff is very responsive as well and went to great lengths to assure that documentation was on point. When you first start with her she's very communicative and responds fast. Once she knows she's got you it's extremely hard to get a hold of her or her responses. It's been over 18 months since my divorce was finalized and there is still paperwork she has not completed. She hasn't returned a phone call or email in months.

Ms. Rhoads is a very high-priced lawyer who has poor communication skills with her clients. She also seems to have difficulty with money issues and therefore is a liability in negotiations rather than an asset.

Worst lawyer ever over charged me 7k for a "default divorce" and over a year later still not receiving child support. Much better lawyers out there try for Whitney matey she doesn't take your money, she's there for us little people
