I had been dealing with work comp directly at the beginning of my torn rotator cuff injury, and they were very forthcoming. After two surgeries and being released to go back to work, and working 10 months I realized I wasn't healed and requested to see another doctor on the basis of gaining a rating of Maximum Medical Improvement. This law firm will fight for you on a workers comp case......IF the employer has insurance so that they will get paid. I was told by ghis law firm that the reason no attorney will take a case like mine who was injured three times within two months that sent me to hospital put my leg in a cast took me off work and then fired on a day i was off and replaced and didnt even tell me. Wow where is the justice well its not here.....unless they can get a big pay out. So if you get hurt at work bad hopefully they have insurance cause attorneys will turn you away with out even taking a look. So there commercial says they will help the injured they should ad ONLY IF THE EMPLOYER HAS INSURANCE.
