I have no idea why I paid $1000 to Jessica Martin, she spoke to me for about half an hour on the phone and showed up at court twice. My son was 14 years old and he emailed and asked her to help him but she didn't even mention anything at court. My sons mother committed suicide and his being adopted by his psycho aunt who's eating off of the system. She's not letting him talk to me because he wants to be with me, because she doesn't want to loose her benefits she fighting to keep him. Whats going to happen once he turns 18? Thanks to Jessica and rest of the taney county juvenile division my son is growing up without a mother and a father. Now his stuck In a household where there's no one he can trust and look up to until his an adult to get away from there. Smh how stupid is this system

I have used both Jessica and Judson for adoptions. Jessica finalized my oldest daughter’s adoption in May 2016. It was an adult adoption. It was so quick and easy! Judson did the adoption for my youngest in August 2017. They’ve both been great to work with. I highly recommend the firm.

I have attempted to contact Judson Wall on behalf of a ticket I paid in advance and then was told by Leann the court date was continued. However after documentation received and given to me looks like it was never continued.

My experience with Martin & Wall law firm was a fabulous one! I hired Jessica Martin to represent me for a child custody modification case and she approached it with honesty, professionalism, intelligence, diligence, practicality, and experience. She treated me with respect while being real with me. She and her staff worked hard, paid close attention to detail, listened to my requests, and had great time management skills. Her office staff are extremely helpful, kind, and most of all are highly proficient at what they do.

Well, I’ve never done any business with anyone as horrible as Jessica Martin. My experience mirrors that of others in that at best she’s completely unqualified to be a GAL, but it’s more likely she is just completely negligent and indifferent to the needs of Children. To be absolutely clear, I would not allow her to represent a cat, much less a child. She was too bothered to review clear evidence, too busy to show up to dispositions, sat in front of me with a notebook and a poker face asking lame questions, used the money I paid her to take trips abroad, and tried to convince everyone, including the lead detective that the bruises on my daughter were a figment of my imagination. I specifically told her my daughter was in danger and she blew me off, and the end result was my daughter being taken by the state into protective custody and placed into a foster home for almost two months. My experience mirrors that of another review I saw, where the individual complained about her just taking their money and not doing anything meaningful in return. If you are considering her for your case, RUN AWAY. If she’s already on your case, demand she be disqualified. She’s certainly not. This is not a unique case, Jessica is known to ignore abuse. While her recommendations don’t appear to make any sense, my “recommendation” is clear, avoid her like the plague if you care about your child.

Dylan Driskell is a complete idiot. Absolutely terrible. Hire someone else. This gentleman (he does not deserve this designation) is a very poor attorney. I'm shocked he ever passed the Bar. Ignorance at it's best. I'm equally shocked that this reputable firm hired him. He has his pocket book in his best interests, not children.

Doesn't call her clients back or the opposing attorney ever! If she is assigned to your children, ask for a new one! Doesn't really listen to the kids. She doesn't have any of her own to understand her job is affecting those children and their families on both sides! Her attire is unprofessional like her disposition! Save you money!
