I was talking with them about my BFs tickets and how to try to get them dismissed or the fee lessened. Miss Shelly is a very nice and helpful lady. I only talked to the lawyer once and he referred me back to shelly. So not very helpful. I paid $500 for nothing basically, which is very aggravating. Their advice was just plead guilty and pay it after I tried the one other recommendation they gave. We are probably going to go to court and see if there is anything else we can do to get everything dismissed or lessened since at this point the worst they can say is no you have to pay the fees. they even gave him a seatbelt ticket even though he doesnt have to wear a seatbelt in an truck with 18,000lb plates.
Wouldn't recommend for traffic tickets but maybe they are more helpful with more serious issues
