Attorney Bruffet did not even extend the common courtesy of a response to repeated phone calls, and an e-mail for over a month long period, even if only to say he was not interested, or qualified to take a case where the seller of a property failed to meet any of the contingencies of the contract, and refuses to release me from it so I can get My deposit back, which is now trapped in escrow limbo...
Jeez, maybe I'm wrong, and He's only over qualified, and swamped with such a large case load he doesn't have the time to offer a minute and a half or two minute reply, in which case I congratulate you Sir, and offer wishes on your continued success.

very unethical
The last person you should hire unless you are hoping for the worst possible outcome. He has made many poor and unethical decisions and these are coming around at a price, but it is his solution to problems and they did not work me and nor did he. Still he is not returning phone calls and not returning emails. I would avoid working with him as its the pits!
John Bruffett found a legal solution to my problem when other lawyers didn't. He was always available by email and did everything he promised at a very low cost relative to other quotes. This guy is great and I highly recommend him.
