Nothing but a few family pictures was used! Had logs upon logs and texts from other parent proving that she was unwilling to work with me. The phrase over promise and under deliver for this firm should be their slogan!! This attorney claims to want the best for you but behind closed doors. She is trying to settle and pick what’s best for you. She wasn’t prepared for trial. She wanted to settle. So! If you’re looking to lose more time with you’re child. Contacted them through their website regarding a potential lawsuit and got a call back several days later that I couldn’t get to. Called them back a bit later and spoke to JP Clubb who was with a client and asked if he could call me back and/or to email him with my case. Emailed him after several more days of not hearing from him and he called me stating that he was on his way out the door. Spoke to him briefly while he was shuffling papers and obviously not paying attention to me and he eventually asked if he could once again call me back. Never heard another word. Too many lawyers around for me to be begging one to give a pile of money to. Seems super unorganized.
