Mr. Ramshur prepared a trust for my parents that Ozark Federal and People's Bank said to be "unclear" and refused to honor it. He then suggested that I bring him the life insurance checks (that I couldn't get cashed due to the poor quality of the Trust) and he would deposit them in his account so that he could disburse them. Also he informed me that I would need to do a deed transfer on the home which truthfully was not necessary. He produced this document, charged me $252.00 despite my telling him I did not need to be done. Strongly encourage you to avoid doing business with Mr. Robert Ramshur.
