Alan Beussink seemed to be a very kind man with a passion for helping children. However, listening to only the children's wants rather than needs Alan missed the big picture allowing his recomendation to lead my children to be in a worst situation than before putting them in a home with less food and help with homework my child is no longer an honor student while the other is struggling to pass their grade altogether. Although he helped grandma to achieve her goal the children are not happy and surely not doing any better possibly worse.
