We are very pleased with Mr. Kibler. We were dealing with a very emotional and trying case with a lot on the line. So much so that other lawyers refused to take it. Mr. Kibler not only agreed to help us but he was kind and patient the entire way. You can imagine in a case that brings up so many past emotions it can get someone pretty anxious but Mr. Kibler remained calm and understanding even when we were nervous and panicked. He knew exactly the steps to take and reassured us when we needed it most. He was a force to be reckoned with in court saying all the right things and asking all the right questions. I could not have faced this court case without him. His staff has always been polite with us even when our emotions ran high. We are forever grateful for the work they put in for us.

Very unprofessional. When I called in to discuss the issues I had with his staff being disrespectful to me over the phone (literally laughing at me like I’m an idiot) Keith started screaming at me, told me he quit and hung up on me. Absolutely do not recomend.
Agreed to take a difficult case. At the start he wanted all the details but as the opposing counsel continued to delay and file for dismissal, contact became limited and is now completely absent. He allowed opposing counsel to join cases dealing with 2 separate lots of land as "all matters were identical."
Was given a cost up front for the case and now we are asked for more money when we can manage to schedule an appointment. He has only caused an already confusing case to become more confusing and virtually dead in the water by his lack of response to us (his clients) and to filing responses to filings from the opposing counsel. (Mr. Kibler has not responded to a motion filed in April and it is August now). Email goes unanswered, have not received copies of filed motions or responses.
My next step is to the ARDC.
