I was nearly killed in Washington CO. March 2015. There were no witnesses, but the assailant admitted to continue to beat me with a club after I was unconscious. Sheriff Dept informed me that it is assault to be beaten once you've unconscious. Washington CO prosecutor failed to bring charges. How come he is not protecting law abiding citizens? With 5 days in ICU/trauma unit and Reconstructive surgery bills .I was expecting prosecution and restitution! Nothing.
