I came with my mother to talk to this man. He was very rude. She was trying to talk to him and was more worried about his phone than her questions. Then he said with the rudest voice"well I can attempt to talk to you but you need to fill out that paper work first" and just walked away from her. For someone that has been through so much already and trying to be a ACH out to someone for help, that was the most disrespectful thing in the world. I will not be returning and I am making her find a new lawyer!!
