I had an issue with someone in my apartment community who had NO TAGS on his car for a year, and his wife's expired. I have a number of health issues that do require and handicap parking spot. This person finally got tags and started taking my parking spot. He refused to go through the proper paperwork for his own. I did contact the ADA and HUD on this matter. But, my office manager had spoke to their attorney and came up with ASSIGNED HANDICAP PARKING. Finally, my sign came in, and the neighbor parked in it, and I posted a picture and brief comment with and made it public on my Facebook page. This attorney thought it was funny. I think it is funny he is on a profile he has no reason to be on and no idea why that comment and photo was made. I only see one good comment. Anyone can get on here and hit 5 stars! An attorney who wants to help good people doesn't nose around on other people's social media!
