I only been there once. The lobby is nicely decorated.there are several chairs and couches. No room to say. They are busy. I had to go back in evening to finish up the paperwork. The man was helpful , nice and knew what he was doing. I did not. He was very knowledgeable. We finished in no time at all

Depending on what you need and which lawyer you use this place can go either way. I called them and another firm in town for a consult on an injury. Here I was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then sent to voicemail and never heard back. The other place was more professional on the phone and got me a consult and case started within a couple of days.
