After years of no help from any where we turned we found Jesse Offil and had a consultation about our case. After going over everything he was confident he could help us and we got started right away on the case. I had heard our type of case could take up to a year to be finalized. Jesse and his amazing paralegal got started right away and within 3 months we were finally done with something we had been waiting years for!!! Once he received his money He rarely spoke to me. His secretary Debra is clueless making promises she can not keep. They are holding my refund check hostage un-willing to click a button amd see if the check has cleared. Completely unprofessional. I asked to speak to Robert and he refused to take my call. Debra told me my check had been mailed. After several days with it still not showing up, I called and she said she miss spoke that it would be another week before getting it. Robert claims he will do what it takes for his clients and cant even answer the phone or check the status of a check. His original promise was i would get the check in "3 weeks to 3 months" its going on six months now.

Ms. Daughtery promptly returned phone calls and emails with kindness in a manner that I could understand and comprehend. She kept me up to date on all the proceedings and informed me to what was the next step in my divorce case.
