Small town politics and Corruption

Hired Neely to represent me in court presiding over parental time with my daughter, it's been little over a year since I hired him and hardly any progress, paid $2500 to withhold him back in December of 2016, months later, asked if he used up all the money and he said yes but he was going to "see it thru" well 1 week ago, his secretary contacts me and says I owe more money, $2000 more to be excact, so I go in today to talk to him, ask for copies of everything and he's already trying to back out of the case, he gets smart and hatefull besides trying to work this out somehow, it's been more than a year and nothing has been finalized, thankfully I'm seeing my daughter only because we went to mediation, he didn't and has not done a damn thing this whole time, he's nothing but a lier and a crook, do not recommend at all, you have been warned if you think about hiring him, also do not vote for him. I've asked question presiding the case due to legal wording and wanting explanation on court papers and he doesn't explain it bad overall experience!!

Joe prepared my brother's will and hung up on me when I called to inquire about some of the verbiage in the will after my brother's death. This behavior is not what you expect from a "professional" who represents you or your estate. Joe acts extremely immature and unprofessional.

Worst lawyer in town. Gave this guy 1500 bucks to represent my girlfriends daughter and left her hangin right in the court house. He's a no good thief!
