They tell my wife to send money order to the address for cold check, they get it cash it and dont apply it. Thieves is what we have, they wont even help figure out who or where. Tracking shows and I guess we will have to press issue.

He believes there are no gangs in OWENSBORO. REALLY? My family is terrorized by them all the time. Its a problem that needs to be addressed. When we bring it up to him, he says there is little he can do. Uggggghhhh.
