Good customer service

It's been three weeks and I still have not received a call back to see if they can take the case. I waited a week after filling out the online form before finally calling them and even after talking to someone on the phone and giving the exact same information they still never returned my call. Obviously I've moved on to somewhere else, if a simple yes or no phone call can't be made in a timely manner I can only imagine what the response times are once they have your case!
