She's nice and down to earth, but she's not my attorney and I went to meet with her to try to resolve a matter and come to an agreement. She likes to say things like 'titles do not matter' (temporary gurdianship and guardianship of a minor) in my opinion matter. At a hearing in one petition the dates stated were 11/01-11/05 & then what was presented to the judge was dated 11/01-present...I believe I was railroaded, and everything was unfair and unjust. 1 up for her for getting over on me.

She is very prompt and courteous. Very detail oriented and down to earth. Has went above and beyond for me and my children. Kept the best interest of my children through the whole process. Glad to have found such a wonderful lawyer in our small town. Would rate 10 stars if possible!

This was the worse experience ever I paid her $3,000 for a divorce and no papers were ever filed except the divorce papers got delivered was all I filed in May and had nothing done except she had me still paying all his bills and all then once I found no papers were filed she told me she done , I hired new lawyer and everything was done in a month as to where she had 5 months and done nothing except also sent me for drug testing when my ex was the one on drugs and iv never even had a drug charge or anything it went great but the fact I even had to do it was shocking then he never did

She is a horrible lawyer. Didn't even show up to court the one day I needed her. Didn't have any problems with taking money and ignoring you. I'd rate her zero if possible. If you need a good lawyer hit up Tiffany Poindexter. She was wonderful and actually cares about her clients.

By far the worst attorney possible. She doesn't file paperwork or do anything to help you with your case.

There is normal delay associated with red tape but they got the job done, so far so good~

Heather is a great attorney has done everything I had to do, Yes it taken a while but she does have another client she have to deal with. Everybody have to think of one thing she is human she have family to and other clients she have to work with.

Worthless attorney!!! She refused to return phone calls or file paperwork that she says she is filing. Refuses to share vital information regarding your case and then she says it's sealed on the judge can only see it now!! Completely incompetent attorney!!!!! If anyone hires her they will be sorry!

Amazing. Love her. Very prompt and caring she really is working with me. Returns emails she really understands my needs. Great attorney. I would recommend her to anyone!

She is a fantastic lawyer !! Kept me informed on my divorce. Very understanding with your issues. Always on time and led me in the right direction! Very happy with the outcome. Would recommend her to all!!

You have to learn which is the best way to get a answer to your issues.
It's called email.
You can't sit around and wait for her office to call.

Completely incompetent. Not once during my ordeal did the attorney Heather Jones or her office contact me to inform me of what was going on. Not once have I received any paper work from her office.
I had sent numerous emails to i believe was her secretary and was informed
she would forward them to Heather Jones. Final court date wasn't even
notified of the out come (since I am out of state). One week later I emailed
her and instead of calling me, she emailed me back. Then I called her office
she answers and informs me that If I want to pursue it further it would be
$2000.00. I called around to a few local attorneys explained them my situation and they asked who my previous attorney was and they pretty much laughed. I felt like that I should have kept my 750.00 and did it myself with the outcome .It's going on two weeks from the final date she informed me that they have sent paper work and have yet to receive it. Do no use her unless you want to throw your money away. Totally useless
