I called for a simple consultation. A lady named Amanda answered the phone and was EXTREMELY rude. In an effort to minimize her confrontational tone I simply asked if I could have a lawyer return my call. She told me she could take a message but she doubted anyone would return it. This is exactly the first time I ever called this law office and absolutely will not do so again.

Very helpful. Craig helped my wife and I set up our Medicare supplement. They do this for free for anyone as a service to the public. You do not have to be a client.

Yocum law office was amazing. I was very nervous filling out for my disability but Melissa helped me with EVERY aspect of the whole situation. I bet I called her 100x and she never made me feel bad. They were very honest letting me know that it often takes many months to years to get approved but they must be magical because I was approved in less than 5 months. Terrible

I was awarded a fully favorable decision by the judge. However, my attorney lied to me a few times about my income that I would be awarded. Every time I’ve called to speak with him since I found out he lied, I’m told he’s not in or on another line. I’ve asked repeatedly to speak to him and still haven’t heard anything back yet.

My husband hired Yochum Law to handle his disability case. They were great! They kept us informed from the start of what would happen and what we should expect. I have to agree that William Krowl is the worst attorney and I know this for a FACT! He was an EEOC attorney back in 2015 & 2016. Unprofessional, rude, lack of experience, dishonest and a liar! I have email to verify my claims of his inexperience and untrustworthy tactics! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Mr Yocum was recommended to me by several attorneys in Evansville. He and his staff took a lot of time with me and were always available to answer all my questions. I got a "fully favorable" decision on my case for Social Security Disability. I would highly recommend Yocum Law Office.

A very casual place and very professional.

The office never contacted me to keep me informed of my case ..i would receive a postcard stating they are working on it..when I would call they never had any answers on what was going on...during review with the judge my attorney william krawl just sat there and only asked a few questions..and when I was denied he never returned my call and I ask for him to call me before he submitted the appeal..then out off no where I received a letter stateing I was denied and and perusing the case would not be successful and he would not represent or file a complaint in federal court and should start over with a new claim or find another attorney.there is no way i could start over with a new claim and more doctors visits with no insurance i feel like once it got difficult they backed out..i would not recommend them for your disability claim

The lawyer I was assigned,didn't do anything.I had to do her work.She didn't even bring my doctors records to court I had to find out where they were and she never even tried to find them.I would recommend if you want a good lawyer go find someone else as you can see out of 5 stars they have 2 stars I gave one because you do your lawyer job for them

Actually got represented by Mr Yocum himself although during my hearing he never spoke just set there and I was again denied for benefits... His office didnt even bother calling to tell me just sent a letter in the mail saying he would no longer represent me!! Dont waste your time with this law office!!

Not good. I never spoke with him..only assistants. How can anybody go through a disability case without talking with the client. I will not recommend to anyone. Terrible office staff in a hurry and ready to get you off of the phone. And I heard he was the best.

Good lawyers for disability!

I started my request for disability in august.,its december and i got accepted and my first payment.i was assigned holly to work my case and she was there to answer my questions .i recomend this firm.but understand you need to do your part too.get your doctor reports together ,get second opinions ,show you tried to find different options.keep your records and keep in touch with your attorney.

I was amazed when Holly called and told me , I was approved!Didn't take long at all.My claim was approved the first try. I know that would have been impossible without the Yocum firm filing my claim. I've read some of the negative reviews on here and i can't believe what i see.Nobody ever once acted too busy for me,I was treated with curtousy and respect by everyone I encountered.

Yocum Law was very helpful in getting my disability, never had to go to their office we did everything by phone and mail, they were knowledgeable and very nice and polite, got my disability approved in about 5 months, i would highly recommend this firm.

I never had to set foot in Eric Yokum's office. I talked to 3 to 4 wonderful secretary's. I did everything they asked of me. Signed online and had my disability in 6 months. I highly recommend this lawfirm.

This is a joke.....they NEVER once contacted me to keep me informed or up to date on my case. They left out a VERY crucial part of my disability on the reconsideration so it's no wonder I got denied a second time. I'm only thrilled that they get no money out of me!!!!

I had a great experience with Yocum Law, they were fast in answering any questions, and did what I had hired them to do which was fight for my disability claim. They did a wonderful and professional service, and I was so glad I hired them to speak and do what they needed to do on my behalf. It all depends on the issues people have to be able to get awarded disability, and mine was no different than others, but without Yocum Law I would still be fighting. I am thankful I chose the right disability Law firm and that is Yocum Law. Thank you to the entire office for a great job and being so helpful and nice.

My experience with Yocum was a few years ago, and they didnt do much of anything. In the begining they told me " oh yea we can win your case shoud be no problem". Well 2yrs later after hoin to social security doctors and myself having to do all the leg work, as far as me having to get all my medical records myself,and having to do almost everything you would think a lawyer should do. After everything was said and done 2yrs layer we are sitting in the office at court for my final hearing, and not one time did Mr. Yocum say a single word one. They did not represent me worth a crap. I would never recommend them to anyone. I may have been able to do better all by myself.

Not really as helpful as you would think they should be. I felt I was left hanging and didn't really get the support i needed considering how much they could have made off me.
