I have had a positive experience with Marina Finegold. I am an american citizen trying and I am trying to get a K1 visa for my Cambodian fiancee. It is a slow moving process and a small mistake could cost me and fiancee months of our lives if we had to redo paperwork or resubmit forms. She has been a big help in this way being as how all of our paperwork has been accepted and process. Now my fiancee is potentially in a position to get her visa about 6 months after we started the process, which is about half the time I expected it to. Marina has been easy to contact, easy to work with, and helpful in preparing my fiancee and I for the visa process we are undertaking.

I never worked with Vickerstaff but I worked with Marine Finegold. I really do NOT feel comfortable doing cases with her.

I found her very unprofessional from the beginning. When I met her, I didn't feel respected in a business setting. No basic business manners shown.

Secondly, instead of having a big heart and humanity, she judges you. She makes me feel inferior. I feel that she has the attitude that she is the knowledgeable lawyer and I am just a second-class immigrant who has real life issues. I feel she as cold.

I also get a feeling that they just want to get a case, get it done and get your money. I don't feel cared, instead, I feel being pushed.

John Vickerstaff has been very helpful on my immigration case. He responds to questions and explains the process in lay man terms for you to understand. I have recommended a lot of friends to him and he has helped them with different cases.
