They have been working on my disability case for 5 years. I never receive calls back when I call and request information on my case. It is pretty disheartening. I heard great things from friends about this firm, but they have yet to receive a favorable decision in my case.

I filed for Social Security Disability and used them as my lawyer. That is all they do. The folks there genuinely care about you and your case. I would definitely use them again!
Word to the wise, if you don't get a case number in the first 4 weeks call Social Security and inquire about it.
