I would NOT recommend anyone to this guy. Very unorganized and unprofessional. First time I met Thomas he wrote everything down on the back of a piece of scrap paper. Second time I met him he asked all the same questions as the first. My guess is the scrap paper got trashed. Didn't seem to know much about being a defense attorney. Also it is very hard to contact Thomas because he never answers his phone and is always out of the office.

If you want someone you have to chase down anytime there is a question or concern then pay Thomas Bailey. If you want something to defend you, buy a helmet. It will a better job in court than Thomas Bailey.
