Wasted a $1,000 that i did not have on Jeremy Aldridge to represent my son. He never once tried to prove that the accusations the mother of his children was accusing him of were even true. THEY WEREN’T!!!
The first 2 trial dates he sends another lawyer to represent him and communication with Jeremy was useless.
Needless to say, my son was sent to jail for 2 weeks because of lies she told.

Almost three years after my divorce I found myself needing an attorney to mediate a custody agreement that was originally filed by myself and my ex. I was able to walk out of mediation with everything I asked for with exception to one non major thing. I chose to give since I got everything else I asked for. Not a good experience. Mr. Aldridge was my son's lawyer and he never met my son. We were misinformed on court appearances. We paid $3000.00 for basically nothing. Mr. Aldridge had a lady named Rhonda that took care of something's for him and she gave my son the wrong court dates two times. We didn't get our money back and we never received monthly statements on what the money was for and where it was going. Very unorganized. I had to ask for a statement of what the money went out for. But we still have money left on our books but we will not be using this law firm ever again.you are supposed to help your client and leave them in the right direction on what they need to do. Not have one of your associates to show up when you pay for Mr Aldridge to show up.

This place employees shady lawyers at its firm. Even when informed of their wrong doings, there is no response. John Nicholas has lied on multiple people, and brought confidential cases into the courtroom. He has broke his attorney client confidentiality on multiple occasions, he will tell others that your a liar. He is beyond nosy when it comes to the personal life questions he will ask both in and out of the courtroom. But beyond all that he will set you up to break a court order telling you that it is ok.

I would highly recommend these attorney services. I had an attorney halfway through our very nasty divorce/custody battle my ex was very difficult so she quit on me. So, I dialed Mr. Aldridge office. Staff was accommodating and reassuring. Communication is strong and clear. From day one he had confidence to make things happen. Still my attorney and quite frankly no one else I would go to. My only regret was not having him from day one. He and his wife are two of the best lawyers I have ever seen. Horrible experience! Took my wife’s case and heard absolutely NOTHING for over a year despite us calling his office monthly. Finally received an e-mail 13 months after he took the case to say there WAS no case. Pathetic. If that was the case, WHY TAKE THE CASE TO BEGIN WITH?!? No communication, EXTREMELY unprofessional. Avoid this lawyer like the plague!

Mr. Aldridge is what your looking for in a Lawyer. Someone that tells you what you need to hear instead of what you want to hear and sticks to his word.His business and his associates are worth every penny. Thanks for your help and support.

Issue is he gets so many cases and after you pay you never hear from him again. He has like 10 cases a day and just skims over them a few minutes before a hearing. He won’t file motions to suppress and such when needed to just dismiss an obvious case, and then jacks up his price 50% higher than the agreed upon price to possibly actually do something useful. They will give you his cell number but he never responds to texts after paid . I do not recommend him at all. I believe he was once very good with just a few cases, and is a good salesman to get money up front and had good reviews in the past, but you won’t receive that anymore. It’s all about money up front and how many cases he can get in a day. Result is innocent people convicted.

He listened because of a perceived miscarriage of justice, which is unpopular in this area- but he stepped in immediately. He was right. He is amazing. Driven, tenacious, connected and experienced. Represented a stranger without being paid at first because he believed her. Hire him! You’ll be in good hands and well represented.

Jeremy stayed in touch through text, with 3 jobs I needed that conveniency. He answered any and all questions me or my family had about the situation. He got court dates changed that interfered with other obligations. He kept it extremely professional, was at all court dates. He got me a better offer than I was ever expecting, definitely would recommend!

Jeremy Aldridge was my attorney for my uncontested divorce in 2015. He came highly recommended by a few people he had represented. His assistant/ paralegal was great at handling all of my inquiries and getting me the paperwork. I think we only had one hiccup but communication by e-mail was pretty good. When I needed to speak directly to Mr. Aldridge, he made time to talk. He listened to what I wanted, informed me of my options and moved forward based on my decisions. I consulted with them about 5 months prior to actually retaining their services. I asked a lot of questions to help me figure out what I was doing and what I needed to get in order to file. I had done some of the work beforehand though such as filling out and having each of us notarize the separation agreement. The actual timeframe for paying for services, turning in the paperwork, getting everyone to sign (This was done end of Sept/ beginning of Oct) and getting paperwork entered into the courts and being finalized was less than a month (end of Oct/ beginning of Nov) and that was because we (me and my ex) agreed to wait until then. I have recommended Jeremy to other people I know and would use him again. He was knowledgeable, understanding and no-nonsense which I appreciated.

When searching for a lawyer to handle my request, I wanted someone who was a no-nonsense, straight talking advocate for myself and my family- I found these qualities in Jeremy Aldridge. This office has made our experience 100% awful. Something that should have been completed in just a couple of months has drug on for several months and it’s one excuse after another. They have not been in communication at all with my ex wife, myself or my attorney even though my attorney has attempted contact on multiple occasions.
I called and spoke with one of the paralegals that worked on our case and she got aggravated with me because of her mistake of not giving the proper guidance on what needed to be signed and she hung up the phone on me. She advised me that she attempted to call me a month ago to let me know there was a problem however I never received a call nor a voicemail to call back and she never attempted contacting my attorney or their client.
I absolutely would NOT recommend this office to anyone due to the lack of professionalism and horrible communication with the client.

Aldridge is by far the worst law firm we have ever went through. He didn't care about anything but money. Not only did he charge me for them to call me but for me to call him back just to be told he was unavailable and charge me again. Kept making appointments at the same time even though I would tell him that I can't make it there at that time. Would never try to meet on a different day or time. Then come to find out he didn't submit my costudy agreement to the court so it didnt get signed by a judge so there for it got dismissed and he didn't even let me know that it was getting dismissed. Wouldn't listen to a word I said. It was a waste of money and time. If I could give 0 stars I would this law firm 0. Worst law firm i have ever went through.
