Rude and extremely unprepared! Will never recommend! Let me clarify. The guys in the bowling green office where very nice. But Ernest actually handled most of my case. He was extremely rude to us. Any telephone conversation I had with him, it seemed as if I was a problem. At one point he spoke with my mother. She was shocked. She even said he needed to find another job, since he hated his so much. I stopped asking questions because I was apparently a lot of trouble to him. I realize, I won my case. But if you read my award letter. The judge could even tell how upset i was getting. My court attorney had no updated information. I don't believe it was his fault. I believe he was not supplied the needed information. Almost all answers where "I don't have that information"! The last telephone conversation, I called to ask a question. Ernest barked at me that we needed to win my case first. He had no idea I had already won my case. When I said I had won it, he told me he didn't have anything in writing! He must not have been aware that I had received my award letter a week before I made that call. I just hung up the phone! I did everything asked of me. I couldn't even ask a question! In response to your comments, I've been called once. I was getting my teeth pulled, so I couldn't talk at the moment.

I highly recommend this group. I was referred to them from a family friend who told me they were the best. I quickly learned she was right. Filing for Disability is a scary experience. It is hard to understand all of the regulations and know what type of information you need to forward to the social security disability office. I tried first filling my disability claim with Sullivan Law Office who deals strictly with disability cases and the Laws. They never contacted me I had to get ahold of them. McDowell Stromatt and Associates was amazing for me. Jeff Ritchey handled gathering all of the needed documents to submit my appeal. After the social security office lost it multiple times Mr. Ritchey continued to stay in contact with the SSI/SSDI office until it was found. I would recommend this firm as it saves you time and having the backing of lawyers is beneficial to an easy process. The arrogance of Mr Ritchie after the fact is "wow" He was my contact before and was terrible after the filing. Threatening that if I lied on my mental evaluation "they would drop my case in a second" condescending at best. When I had a billing issue after I called after I called Mr Ritchie ( my only contact) He said " look my job is to win cases not billing" Ultimately spoke to someone with else. Ritchie acts like he runs the place. " I have 400 cases on my desk" was it worth %25 not sure
