Matt Stein of Stein/Watley came to my home and acted as if he could represent my case involving
Medical malpractice. Actually he had no one at his firm who was qualified to litigate in my state of
Tennessee. The lawyer who accompanied him from TN stated he had handled cases of this nature and he was an excellent litigator. What neither Mr. Whatley or his cohort told my husband or myself was that this “qualified litigator” had his license revoked in our state for multiple DUI offenses as well as stealing from their clients. After months of wasting our time we were dropped as their clients. They never did come clean and tell us they had no one who could represent us in our state which cost us MONTHS of wasted time. We had to find out ourselves! THIS “lawyer” is a pathetic person and I wouldn’t let him represent my dog in any case. RUN away from this group!

Mr. Whatley is a fantastic not just attorney but person as well. He is straight forward and honest with you. He doesn’t do the minimum he goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with his service to you, and makes sure you understand everything going on with your situation.
